A group from Current.Miami representing the FIU Maurice Ferre Institute of Civic Leadership traveled to Atlanta to speak with civil rights icon, Andrew Young. In our nearly one hour interview, we discussed a variety of topics ranging from Young’s relationship Maurice A. Ferre, to economic development, to the role of government in our daily lives. The interview is a part of a documentary being produced by Meme Ferre and Aaron Glickman. Joining Ferre and Glickman in Atlanta were Dr. Agatha Caraballo, director of the Ferre Institute, and videographer/animator Alec Kreisberg.
