Las Meninas
Many know Dalia Berlin (@daliaberlin) as an interior designer – but when we met her at FIU Ratcliffe (@fiu_ratcliffe), the progressive arts incubator that works with artists to achieve their entrepreneurial endeavors – it was clear that she was a fine artist, as well. Berlin’s passion is the Las Meninas archetype for which she has large scale paintings, sculptures and even a children’s book that is in the works.

A symbolism of inspiration in our class that I said I want to just paint it up and started with one. And then it’s been a nonstop dream of capturing the same icon in many different variations, different media. It’s almost like in different languages. Oh, that’s really making me obsessive to the point of like, how many more minutes can you do?
