At the City of Miami CRA board meeting on December 14, a unanimous decision was reached to build a temporary park on blighted land in the Omni District. Spearheaded by Commissioner Ken Russell, the park will be constructed by Brad Knoefler and Mark Lesniak of Urban Implementation LLC and feature original artwork presented by Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and artist Michael Loveland.
